Located on a spacious corner lot in West Burlingame, this home had recently been remodeled in a traditional New England style. The backyard, however, only featured a small patio and a large lawn, which didn’t meet the needs of this family of five. They envisioned their home as the neighborhood gathering spot for watching games, BBQs, and relaxing. To make this vision a reality, we designed a covered outdoor living room with a fireplace and bar seating, a custom kitchen with a smoker and grill, and plenty of space for play—perfectly catering to their needs.
