Situated on a plateau in the Belmont hills, this corner property encompasses sloping terrain on all sides. Our design maximized the space, creating a series of connected outdoor rooms with naturalistic paths and steps and includes a kitchen, covered patio, fire pit, view deck, and a small lawn; colorful planting areas surrounding all spaces and welcome in the pollinators. A view deck and custom arbor swing at the top of the hill allow the homeowners to take in expansive Bay views. Each space provides a unique perspective and can function independently or flow together for larger gatherings, creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment.
