This home in the Belmont hills sits atop a large, sloping lot with great potential for maximizing usable outdoor space. We designed a custom front fence and driveway gate, along with minimalist modern entry steps. Natural rock walls terrace the hill, creating planting areas for California natives and low-water plants, while also providing space for a large vegetable garden. A small deck off the house offers the perfect spot to relax with family and enjoy the views of the well designed, functional, and beautiful front garden.
